Greek Saganaki Bites with Cobnut Crunch
A twist on the classic Greek saganaki, these bite-sized treats feature crunchy cobnut topping and oozy feta.
Ingredients

- β1 block Feta cheesecrumbly
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp cinnamon
- β1/4 cup Cobnutschopped
- β1 block saganaki cheeseoozy

2. Slice the Greek bread into 1-inch cubes.

3. In a bowl, mix together crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, and cinnamon.

4. Add the chopped cobnuts to the feta mixture and stir to combine.

5. Stuff each bread cube with a small piece of oozy saganaki cheese.

6. Roll the bread cubes in the feta-cobnut mixture to coat.
