- β100g palm sugar
- β20g oozya drizzle of oozy goodness for garnish
- β50g melted sugar
- β200ml water

Instructions

Combine Japanese noodles and water in a saucepan and cook until the noodles are soft.

Drain the noodles and set aside.

In a separate saucepan, melt the palm sugar over low heat.
