Japanese-Style Jamaican Jerk Stew
A unique fusion of Japanese flavors with the bold spices of Jamaican jerk seasoning, served over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Stew
- β2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 cup Oozy
- β1 cup Rice
- β2 tbsp Oilvegetable or canola oil
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

3. Add the stew and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

4. Stir in the Jamaican jerk seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the ozzy and rice to the pan, and stir to combine.

6. Cook for 5 minutes, until the rice is lightly toasted.
