Tunisian Lentil Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with Tunisian-spiced lentils and wrapped in a fluffy wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Lentilsred or green, your choice
- β2 tbsp Oozy hummusstore-bought or homemade
- β1 large Fluffy wrap
- β1 tsp Tunisian spice mixor to taste
- β1/2 cup Onionchopped
- β1/2 cup Bell pepperchopped
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the lentils, Tunisian spice mix, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the lentils are tender.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Spread the hummus on the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

Spoon the lentil mixture onto the wrap.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to form a tight cylinder.

Slice in half and serve immediately.
