Tart Polish Cucumber Cake

- ●1/4 cup, unsweetened cocoa powder chocolate
- ●1/2 cup, unsalted butter, softened oozy

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the butter until creamy.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, beating until a smooth batter forms.
