- ●1 cup Saffron-infused Basmati riceuse leftover rice if possible
- ●1 pound Bavarian-style sausage (Bratwurst)grill or pan-fry until browned
- ●2 tablespoons Malaysian curry pasteadjust to taste
- ●1-inch piece Gingergrate or finely chop
- ●1 medium Onionchop or thinly slice
- ●1 cup Tomatoescanned or fresh, diced
- ●handful Cilantrochop for garnish

Grill or pan-fry the Bratwurst until browned.
