Filipino-Style Braised Pork Belly with Dinuguan Sauce

- β1 cup dinuguan sauce

- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- β1 cup water
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β2 inches ginger
- β2 cloves garlic

In a large Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork belly until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.

Add the dinuguan sauce to the pot and bring to a boil.

Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
