Fig and American Cheese Pasta Stir Fry
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry made with sweet figs, creamy American cheese, and oozing goodness. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Pasta
- β1 cup, chopped Figs
- β1 cup, shredded American CheeseOozing goodness!
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy SauceAdjust to taste
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chopped figs and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they start to soften.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Add cooked pasta and shredded American cheese to the skillet. Stir-fry until cheese is melted and pasta is well coated.
