Classic Korean Bibimbap with Fried Rice and Onigiri
A simple and flavorful Korean rice bowl dish with crispy fried rice, onigiri, and a variety of vegetables.

- β1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 cups Cooked white rice
- β4 Onigiri
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Mushrooms
- β1 cup Carrots
- β1 cup Zucchini
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
