Pan-Seared Japanese Mushroom Dumplings
A delicious and savory Japanese-inspired dish featuring pillowy and ukrainian-style dumplings filled with earthy mushrooms. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β12-15 pieces Old Fashioned Ukrainian Dumplings
- β250g Mushroom (varieties like shiitake or cremini work well)
- β2 tbsp Miso paste
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
- β1 tsp Grated ginger
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add sesame oil, then add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the miso paste, soy sauce, and grated ginger to the pan and stir to combine.
