German Seafood Fideua with Spanish Flair
A hearty German dish with a Spanish twist, featuring seafood and fideua. Perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- ●500g FideuaSpanish variety of thin pasta
- ●1 bag Seafood mixContaining shrimp, mussels, and clams
- ●2 tbsp Spanish olive oilFor a authentic flavor
- ●250ml Velvety besciamella sauceCreamy sauce made from butter, flour, and milk
- ●3 cloves Oily chopped garlicSauteed in Spanish olive oil
- ●125ml White wineDry white wine for added flavor
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed for brightness
- ●handful Fresh parsleyFor garnish

Cook the fideua according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the Spanish olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the seafood mix to the skillet and cook until the seafood is pink and cooked through.

Add the white wine to the skillet and cook until the liquid has almost completely reduced.

Stir in the velvety besciamella sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the cooked fideua to the skillet and toss with the seafood mixture.
