Spicy Korean Beef Noodles
A flavorful and spicy dish made with Korean-inspired beef and noodles. Serve hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β500g beefthinly sliced
- β200g noodlesKorean-style
- β2 tbsp koreanGochujang sauce
- β2 tbsp oilyvegetable oil
- β2 cloves outstandinggarlic, minced
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the pan.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the Gochujang sauce and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the noodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine with the noodles and sauce.
