Beef Fajitas
A flavorful and spicy Mexican dish made with sautéed beef, onions, and bell peppers, served with warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound beefsirloin or flank steak works well
- ●1 large onion
- ●2 large bell pepperany color
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●4-6 flour tortillas
- ●to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside to rest.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, then add the onion and bell pepper.

Cook the onion and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes, or until they begin to soften.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

Add the fajita seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion and bell pepper mixture.

Warm the flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
