Chicken Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful chicken stir fry made with chicken, vegetables, and a hint of Filipino spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 cup onionsliced
- β1 cup bell peppersliced
- β1 cup snow peassliced
- β2 teaspoons Filipino-style stir-fry seasoning
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 1-2 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the Filipino-style stir-fry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
