Creamy Norwegian Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole that combines the rich flavors of Norway with a creamy, cheesy twist.

- ●8 oz, shredded mozzarella
- ●2 tbsp butter oilyfor greasing the dish
- ●1 cup sour cream creamy
- ●1 cup cooked krumkaker crumbs Norwegianavailable at Scandinavian markets

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

Open the can of casserole and drain the liquid.

In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and shredded mozzarella.

Add the cooked krumkaker crumbs to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
