Shrimp and Portuguese Pasta Bake
A creamy pasta bake with shrimp and portuguese flavors, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●12 oz pastasuch as linguine
- ●1 lb shrimppeeled and deveined
- ●1/2 lb portuguese sausagesuch as linguiça
- ●1 tsp oceanic seasoning blendsuch as Old Bay
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●1 cup heavy creamor half-and-half
- ●1/2 cup parmesan cheesegrated

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and just cooked through.

Stir in the oceanic seasoning blend and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, and heavy cream. Stir until well combined.
