Zanzibari Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful beef stew infused with the unique flavors of Zanzibari spice. Serve with a side of crusty bread for a comforting meal.

- β2 tablespoons nuttyground
- β2 tablespoons tenderground
- β1 teaspoon Zanzibariground
- β2 cups stewbeef broth
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot.

Add onion and garlic to pot and cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add nutty, tender, and Zanzibari spices to pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add beef broth to pot and stir to combine.
