French Spring Shrimp Ravioli
A French-inspired dish featuring springy ravioli and succulent shrimp, cooked with a nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 package Spring Ravioli
- β1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- β1/4 cup Nutty Parmesan Cheesegrated
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup White Wine
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spring ravioli according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and melt.

Add the white wine and Italian seasoning to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the liquid has reduced.

Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss with the sauce.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss with the ravioli and sauce.
