Crispy Peruvian Pork Knuckle
A traditional Peruvian dish made with a crispy pork knuckle, served with a side of stew.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Silky Stewsee silky stew recipe
- ●2 tsp Nutty Seasoningground cumin, paprika, garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the nutty seasoning.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork knuckle, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork knuckle until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the pork knuckle to a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue roasting for another 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is crispy and golden brown.

While the pork is cooking, heat the silky stew in a saucepan over low heat.

To serve, slice the pork knuckle and serve with a side of silky stew.
