Keto Polish Feta Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with a tangy and creamy Polish-inspired feta cheese mixture, perfect for a keto snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Polish feta cheese
- β1/2 cup nutty cheese
- β1 cup pillowy
- β4-6 fritters
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup almond flour
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the Polish feta cheese, nutty cheese, pillowy, eggs, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat about 1/2 inch (1 cm) of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the feta mixture by tablespoonfuls into the hot oil. Flatten slightly with a spatula.

Cook the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining feta mixture.
