Gorgonzola Pasta Bake

- ●8 oz Gorgonzola cheeseCrumbly or soft, whichever you prefer
- ●2 tbsp Norwegian nutty oilYou can substitute with olive oil if you can't find nutty oil

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the Norwegian nutty oil over medium heat.

Add the gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the cheese sauce.
