Spicy Ethiopian Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Ethiopia, made with tender beef, aromatic spices, and a touch of nutty sweetness.
Ingredients

- β2 cups stewbeef broth
- β2 tablespoons gooeyhoney
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon cayenne pepperor to taste
- β1 teaspoon saltor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperor to taste

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the pot and cook for 1 minute.
