- β1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- β1/4 teaspoon Coriander seeds
- β1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- βa pinch Fragrant spices (such as cinnamon, cardamom)
- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
- βa pinch Nutty spices (such as sumac, za'atar)
