Kenyan Wrap with Earthy Flavors
Experience the unique flavors of Kenya with this earthy wrap filled with nutty cobnuts and a hint of Kenyan spices.
Ingredients
- β1 wrapwhole wheat or gluten-free wrap
- β1/2 cup cobnutschopped
- β1/4 cup nuttychopped
- β1/2 cup earthly mushroomssliced
- β1 tsp kenyan spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β1 tsp olive oilfor brushing
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste pepperfor seasoning

Preheat a pan or griddle to medium heat.

Brush the wrap with olive oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

In a separate pan, heat a little oil and cook the sliced mushrooms until they're tender.

Add the chopped cobnuts and nutty mixture to the pan with the mushrooms and cook for another minute.

Add the Kenyan spices and cook for 30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the mushroom and cobnut mixture on the cooked wrap.
