Dutch Bouillabaisse Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew originating from the Netherlands, inspired by the classic French Bouillabaisse. Rich and comforting, it's perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Dutch Nutty Brown Aledark beer
- ●1 medium Onionchopped

Heat the Dutch Nutty Brown Ale in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the fresh mussels, canned bouillabaisse, and tomato paste.
