Slovakian Beef Casserole
A hearty Slovakian-inspired beef casserole made with tender beef, rich sauce, and dense bread.
Ingredients
- β1 pound BeefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup, cubed Dense bread
- β1/2 cup, chopped Nutty
- β2 tablespoons, chopped Slovakian
- β1 cup, shredded Casserole
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chopped Slovakian and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cubed bread, shredded casserole, chopped nutty, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
