Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A classic Middle Eastern dish that's perfect for grilling. Marinated lamb kebabs are cooked to perfection and served with a side of flavorful spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Lamb shouldercut into 1.5-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Saudi Arabian spice blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β1/4 cup Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Olive oilfor brushing the grill
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperto taste

In a large bowl, whisk together the Saudi Arabian spice blend, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
