Moroccan Beef Tagine
A hearty and flavorful Moroccan stew made with tender beef and aromatic spices. Serve with crusty bread or couscous.
Ingredients
- β1 lb (450g) beef short ribs or chuck Beef
- β2 tbsp (30g) moroccan spice blend Moroccan
- β1/4 cup (30g) chopped almonds nutty
- β2 tbsp (30g) olive oil light
- β1/4 cup (30g) chopped fresh parsley crispy
- β1 large onion, chopped tagine
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the moroccan spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.

Transfer the stew to the oven and cook, covered, at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2 1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Stir in the almonds and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot over couscous or with crusty bread.
