Crispy Chicken Italian Hash
A crispy chicken dish inspired by Italian cuisine, served with a crunchy hash of potatoes and vegetables.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup nutty hash brownspre-cooked
- ●2 slices crispy french breadcrushed
- ●2 large potatoesdiced
- ●1 large oniondiced
- ●2 medium carrotspeeled, diced
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tsp Italian seasoningdried
- ●1 tsp saltto taste
- ●1 tsp pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breast with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned on both sides.

Transfer the chicken to the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

In a separate pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion, carrots, and garlic until softened.

Add the crushed french bread to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until crispy.

Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they start to brown.

Add the pre-cooked hash browns to the pan and stir to combine.

Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and serve on top of the hash.
