Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Croatian Stir-Fry
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish combining the delicate flavors of sea bass with the bold flavors of a Croatian stir-fry.
Ingredients
- β4 Sea Bass Fillets
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp Croatian Paprika
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 large Bell Pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh Parsley
Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and black pepper.

Add the sea bass fillets to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While the sea bass is cooking, heat the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the Croatian paprika to the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve the sea bass on top of the Croatian stir-fry, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
