Seitan Italian Wrap
A satisfying Italian-inspired wrap filled with flavorful seitan, topped with a tangy nutty sauce.
Ingredients
- ●1 package seitan
- ●1 cup nutty sauce (see notes)mix 1/2 cup nutty tahini with 1/2 cup vegan marinara sauce
- ●1 tsp italian seasoningsdried oregano, basil, thyme
- ●1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 large flour tortilla wrap
- ●1 tsp olive oilfor brushing wrap

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat.

2. Slice the seitan into thin strips.

3. Brush the wrap with olive oil and warm it in the skillet.

4. Add garlic and Italian seasonings to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

5. Add the seitan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Stir in nutty sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

7. Warm the wrap in the skillet for a few seconds.

8. Assemble the wrap by placing the seitan mixture onto the wrap.
