Welsh Fish Pilaf
A nutritious and flavorful pilaf dish featuring Welsh fish and a medley of spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Pilaf rice
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the Welsh fish and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Add the pilaf rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the fish and vegetables.
