Filipino-Style Potato Gratin with Garlic
A twist on the classic gratin, this dish combines the flavors of the Philippines with the comfort of a warm, cheesy potato casserole. Serve as a side dish or main course.

- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Nutritious Olive Oil
- β1 envelope Filipino-Style Gravy Mix
- β1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and thinly slice the Yukon Gold potatoes.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with some of the Filipino-Style Gravy Mix and some grated cheese.

Repeat the layering process until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
