Thai-Style Irish Chicken Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic Thai-inspired pilaf dish featuring Irish chicken, rice, and a mix of spices.

- β2 teaspoons Thai red curry pastestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup long-grain riceuncooked
- β2 cups chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperto taste
