Irish Oat Bowl

- β4 slices Irish bacon
- β1 Banana
- β1 Apple
- β2 tbsp Honey
- β1/4 tsp Nutmeg

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the steel-cut oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the oats have absorbed most of the water.
