- ●1 package (8 oz) Pancit Bihon
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1-inch piece Ginger
- ●1 bunch Green onions
- ●2-3 Patís (Filipino chili peppers)optional
- ●to taste Salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
