Vietnamese-Style Grilled Pork Chả Giò
A delicious and flavorful Vietnamese dish featuring grilled pork and crispy cha giò. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons fish sauce
- ●2 inches grated ginger
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 teaspoon black pepper

- ●1/4 cup vegetable oil
- ●4-6 rolls rice paper rolls
- ●1 cup bean sprouts
- ●1 cup lettuce

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine fish sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place the pork shoulder in a large bowl and pour the blended sauce over it. Mix well to coat.

Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the pork shoulder for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
