Uruguayan Beef Stew
A hearty, keto-friendly stew from Uruguay featuring tender beef and a rich broth.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Grass-fed beef stew meatCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 head, shredded Cabbage
- β4 cups Nourishing broth
- β2 tablespoons Uruguayan seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the coconut oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the Uruguayan seasoning to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cabbage and cook until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the nourishing broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Return the beef to the pot and bring to a simmer.
