Spaghetti Thai Curry
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired dish with the comfort of spaghetti. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Spaghetticooked al dente
- β2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste
- β1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 cup Gaengchopped
- β1 tsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Brown Sugar
- β1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
- βchopped Fresh Cilantrofor garnish
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the Thai curry paste and stir for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the Gaeng, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the Gaeng is tender.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.

Season with salt to taste.
