Smoky German Sausage Hash
A hearty German-inspired dish featuring smoky sausage, onions, and bell peppers, all served atop a bed of crispy hash browns.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoky Kenyan Sausagepreferably German-style sausage or knockwurst
- β2 cups Hash Brownsshredded potatoes
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 medium Bell Pepperchopped
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted

Cut the hash browns into thin strips and place on a baking sheet.
