Grilled Barramundi Skewers with Tropical Slaw

Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Nourishing oilsuch as olive or avocado oil
- β1 tbsp Silky soy saucesuch as tamari or coconut aminos

- β1 lime Zest of 1 limefor garnish
- β1 tsp Brazilian spice blendsuch as cumin, coriander, and chili powder

Thread the barramundi fillets onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together the nourishing oil, silky soy sauce, and Brazilian spice blend.
