Slovakian Braised Pork Chops with Pineapple
A hearty Slovakian-inspired dish featuring tender braised pork chops served with a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce.

- β1 cup Pineapple
- β1 cup Slovakian braised
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add more olive oil if necessary. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the Slovakian braised and pineapple to the skillet, stirring to combine.
