Nourishing Malaysian Chicken Curry

- β2 tablespoons Red curry pasteFor the curry sauce
- β1 can Coconut milk14 oz
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauceOptional
- β1 sprig Curry leavesFresh

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
