Italian Frittata with Eggs
A light and nourishing Italian-inspired frittata, perfect for any meal. This recipe features eggs as the main ingredient, combined with a blend of flavors and textures.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup lightgrated light cheese, such as mozzarella or parmesan
- ●1/2 cup rusiandiced russian sausage, such as kielbasa
- ●1 cup nourishingchopped fresh spinach
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add the grated light cheese and diced russian sausage to the bowl.

Stir in the chopped nourishing and season with pepper.

Heat a 9-inch (23cm) oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
