- β1/4 cup Buttermelted
- β3/4 cup Milkwarm
- β2 tablespoons Dutch Processed Cocoa Powderoptional

- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, melted butter, warm milk, cocoa powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
