Slovakian Beef Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make Slovakian-inspired dish featuring marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef sirloinCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/2 cup Dark beerFor marinating
- β2 tbsp Slovakian paprikaFor marinating
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing
- β1 tsp SaltFor seasoning
- β1 tsp PepperFor seasoning
- β200g Nourishing mushrooms (such as shiitake)Sliced
- β4 slices Slovakian dark breadFor serving

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together beer, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Thread beef and mushrooms onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 63Β°C for medium-rare.
