Indian Street-Style Pav Bhaji
A flavorful and nutritious pav bhaji recipe that combines the crunch of fresh vegetables with the comforting taste of a street food classic.
Ingredients
- ●500g Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Cauliflower, Potatoes)
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 medium Tomato
- ●4-6 pieces Pav
- ●2 tsp Bhaji Masala
- ●2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ●for garnish Coriander Leaves
- ●2 tbsp Butter

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until the onion is translucent.

Add the mixed vegetables, tomato, and bhaji masala. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.

Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning.

Split the pav in half and toast until crispy.
