Creamy Indian Tofu Bake
A nourishing and creamy tofu bake inspired by Indian spices, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) firm tofudrained and crumbled
- β1 can (14 oz) coconut milkfull-fat
- β1/2 cup plain yogurtplain, unflavored
- β1 tsp garam masalaground
- β1 tsp cumin powderground
- β1 tsp coriander powderground
- β1/2 tsp turmeric powderground
- β1/4 tsp red chili powderground
- β1/2 tsp saltto taste
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrofor garnish

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, plain yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the crumbled tofu to the bowl and mix well to coat.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
