Hearty Oat Porridge with Cheese Crust
A comforting and filling oat porridge topped with a crispy cheese crust, perfect for a cold morning.
Ingredients

- β2 cups water
- βa pinch salt
- β2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup grated cheese
- β1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

In a medium saucepan, combine oats, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and the water has been absorbed.

In a small bowl, mix together grated cheese and flour.

Once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.

Transfer the oat mixture to a baking dish or individual ramekins.
