Floral Cherry Blossom Stir Fry
A delicate and tasty stir fry dish inspired by the beauty of cherry blossoms. This dish is light, refreshing and perfect for spring.
Ingredients
- β1 cup cherry tomatoeshalved
- β1/2 cup noodles (rice or soba)cooked according to package instructions
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry sauceyou can use store-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon floral honeyadd sweetness and floral flavor
- β1/4 cup cherry blossoms (dried or edible flowers)optional, for garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to release their juices.

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry sauce to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in the floral honey and cook for 1 minute, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
